Camila Ramos Managing Director and Founder of CELA, with over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in Latin America, including: bioenergy, wind and solar PV. Before CELA, Camila was Country Manager and Head of Latin America Research at Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), where she supported clients with research and analysis of renewable energy sectors and markets, as well as trends in the region. She was also Marketing and Communications Manager at ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil. She also worked as consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing in agribusiness, and coordinated Infinity Bio-Energy’s research department in Brazil. Camila is also Advisory Board Member at ABSOLAR (Brazilian PV Industry Association), Advisory Board Member at LAC-CORE (Latin American & Caribbean Council on Renewable Energy), Advisory Board Member at the InterAmerican Clean Energy Institute, Finance Expert at the Clean Energy Finance Solutions Center (NREL) and is Brazil contributor for REN 21 - Renewable Energy Network for the 21st Century. Camila has a MSc. and BSc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Marília Rabassa is CELA’s Finance Director, specialist in Project Finance, Investment Analysis, M&A and Business Development in the renewable energy sector. Has 6 years of professional experience, as part of multiple M&A and energy auction processes for renewable energy assets in Brazil and Latin America, as well as the development, valuation and financing of Brownfield and Greenfield projects, mainly in the bioenergy and solar PV sectors. Prior to CELA, she worked for 2 years at SunEdison S.A. as responsible for M&A, Project Finance and Investment Viability activities for solar PV and Wind projects in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, El Salvador and Dominican Republic and for 4 years at ERB – Energias Renováveis do Brasil, as a Project Finance and Business Development analyst. She has a degree in business administration by FGV-EAESP.
